Baking Powder Recipe
Don’t you hate when you want to make a recipe, but are missing one of the ingredients? A few months ago I went to make a recipe and seen I was out of baking powder. I didn’t let that stop me, I went online to search on how to make my own. I couldn’t believe how simple it was.
You can make your own baking powder with the following two ingredients:
- 2 TSP cream of tartar
- 1 TSP baking soda
Since I love Snickerdoodles, I always have cream of tartar on hand. I also always have baking soda. Although I will still continue to buy the little tins of baking powder, at least I know if I run out, I can make my own!
