Sweet And Toasty Parfait Recipe

One thing that is good melted is marshmallows! While S’mores are something I really like, they tend to be messy. Here is another recipe from FamilyFun Magazine for a Sweet and Toasty Parfait that just might be better than S’mores and requires no flame.

This recipe requires only 3 ingredients!

Sweet And Toasty Parfait

Ingredients

  • 3 marshmallows
  • 3 tbsp graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup chocolate pudding

Instructions

  1. Place marshmallows on a parchment-lined baking sheet and broil on high for 1 minute.
  2. Place graham cracker crumbs in an 8-oz. glass or jar.
  3. Add chocolate pudding and top with the marshmallows.

Chocolate Mousse Pie

One thing I would have to say I have a weakness for is chocolate! I enjoy chocolate in a variety of forms and one of my favorites would be PIE! For those of you that love chocolate but don’t like to use the oven, I have a yummy recipe for an easy chocolate mousse that requires no baking!

Beware! This recipe is not only super easy to make, it is also delicious.

Chocolate Mousse Pie Recipe

Ingredients

  • Jell-O Instant Chocolate Pudding & Pie Filling 5.9 oz
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • white chocolate bar
  • 1/4 cup Heath Toffee bits optional
  • Oreo Cookie pie crust

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl add Jello-O chocolate pudding mix, whipping cream, milk and Heath Toffee bits.
  2. Mix on medium speed for 2-3 minutes until thick.
  3. Spread mixture into pre-made Oreo Cookie pie crust and smooth until even.
  4. Grade the white chocolate bar over pie to create a topping.
  5. Chill pie 2-3 hours to create a thicker consistency but you can also choose to eat it right away!
