Lasagna is one of those great dishes that you can add just about anything to. The only thing I don’t like about it is the time it takes to assemble, assuming every thing is made from scratch. I actually made lasagna for Thanksgiving one year and it was a big hit, everyone had already been to other places and ate the traditional spread.
