Pringles Brownies Recipe

Pringles is something that I like to keep stocked in my pantry. Not only are they a tasty treat for when you want a salty snack, they can also be crushed and used in different recipes like my meatloaf recipe I recently posted.

I have a recipe that I want to share for brownies that include Pringles. This isn’t my recipe, but wanted to share because you just might want to make them for Valentine’s Day tomorrow to surprise a friend or loved one.

Pringles Brownies

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces baking chocolate unsweetened
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter or margarine
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1-6.41 ounce can of Original PRINGLES regular or reduced fat
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans or walnuts optional
  • Powdered sugar for dusting optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Line 13x9-inch baking pan with foil, and spray foil with cooking spray.
  3. In a glass bowl, microwave chocolate and butter on high for 2 minutes. Stir until chocolate melts.
  4. In a stainless steel bowl, mix sugar, eggs, and vanilla until well mixed.
  5. Pour in butter chocolate mixture and mix well.
  6. Empty PRINGLES and flour into a food processor, and puree until very fine.
  7. Empty flour mixture into chocolate mixture and mix well; add nuts to distribute.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes, and cool.

Do you have a recipe that you make that includes Pringles?

I, of course, had to find out what the recipe for brownings including Pringles looked like, lol. Pringles are so delicious, but lately I’ve been buying Stax because they are cheaper. I miss my Pringles though.

I too had to see what they looked like. We don’t eat Pringles because they have gluten, and I’m not much on processed foods, but I was intrigued to see what they looked like. They look good. What was the verdict at your house?

I really have to try these… they sound so interesting.
When I was pregnant with my first son, I craved Pringles so much that I ate almost an entire can every day (and gained 35 pounds for it). He loves them to this day… HaHa
I am going to Pin this to try later because I bet the potato chips make them really moist. YUM!

I’ve never heard of using Pringles in brownies before! If I tried to make these I probably wouldn’t get that far as I’d probably eat all the Pringles before I could finish the batter…LOL! One pop and ya can’t stop!

Interesting. I would think the potatoes would make them moister
