Tangy & Rich Strawberry Bite Recipe

Strawberry with vinegar and cheeseYesterday I attended the Sunset Celebration Weekend 2013 and had a blast trying new things. Safeway was at the event and had a few different foods you could try that sounded really interesting. One of these being a Tangy & Rich Strawberry Bite.

This strawberry is sitting on some Balsamic Vinegar and topped with Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and Maldon Sea Salt. At first you wouldn’t think that these food items pair well together, but it was pretty darn good.

Here is the recipe (courtesy of Safeway) for those that want to give this a try too!
