Tonight I decided to try something different with my potatoes. I LOVE potatoes but mashed potatoes can get a little boring after a while. I put my apron on tonight and made some YUMMY Hasselback potatoes. All of my children really liked these as well as the husband. He actually told me that he always wants me to make potatoes like this. I will be sure to make these again very soon!
