This weekend I thought I would get creative with my can of Pillsbury biscuits that I had waiting to be used in the fridge.
I made some biscuits that included not only strawberries, but some chocolate chips too! This isn’t much for a recipe, but I will share with you what I made in the picture above.
Pillsbury Strawberry Chocolate Chip Biscuits
Ingredients
- 1 can Pillsbury biscuits
- 2-3 large strawberries
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tbs granulated sugar
Instructions
-
Cut strawberries in small pieces and place in bowl. Add sugar to coat.
-
Take biscuit and split in half. Add small amount of strawberries and chocolate chips to create a filling inside of the biscuit. Pinch around seems to close.
-
Repeat above steps until biscuits are filled.
-
Bake according to directions on package.
-
Enjoy!
