Mamalicious can be used in a smoothie, with milk, with juice and if you really wanted to, I am sure you could mix it with water. Even though I am not pregnant, I like to drink things that are healthy for my body so I have a container of Mamalicious at my house too!

Here is an easy recipe that I want to share for a Chocolate Mamalicious Milkshake:

Hmmm… Prenatal vitamins made me really sick. I wonder if a powder form would’ve helped my nausea. I’m going to share your post with a few of my friends who are expecting!

I wouldn’t have forgotten to take my prenatal vitamins if they came in powder and could make shakes with them!! Oh, darn. And also….oh well.

    Great product 🙂

Vitamins taste so gross, so this is really a good way to get them in!
