Pillsbury Potato Pesto Pizza – Sponsored Video

Two things I LOVE, pizza and potatoes!

I have actually never even thought about potatoes on my pizza until I watched this Pillsbury video below:

After watching this video, I think it is a must that I try it. I am a foodie that likes to try new things and this looks extremely good. I am surprised that I haven’t tried something like this already.

Pillsbury is excited to introduce Artisan Pizza Crust with Whole Grain! With 16 grams of whole grain per serving, this is a pizza crust the whole family will love. Customize with your own favorite, fresh toppings, and it’s hot and fresh from the oven in minutes.

I seriously can’t wait to try this. The next time I am grocery shopping, I am definitely going to grab some a can or two of the Pillsbury Artisan Pizza crust to make one of these pizzas. This is just one of the yummy creations that you can make with this new crust. If you visit the Pillsbury website you will find more delicious recipes that I plan on trying too!

Yesterday I was invited to an ice cream social sponsored by the California Milk Advisory Board. During this event, we got to try 3 different recipes from TV host and food writer, Kristina Vanni that were really yummy. While all three were good, I wanted to share Kristina’s recipe for her Floating Blueberry California Cobbler.

First take a peek at the video of Kristina making this yummy treat I took:

Interview With Joe Bastianich

This month has been a busy month! I have been preparing for the big Turkey Day and almost forgot to share my interview opportunity with Joe Bastianich, restauranteur, winemaker and business partner of famed chef Mario Batali.

Although I didn’t get to personally ask the questions this time due to my internet being down, I still was able to pass along my questions that were answered in this interesting video!

Enjoy!

The Cookie Cottage Commercial

I am a huge fan of cookies. Gail over at The Cookie Cottage makes some super YUMMY cookies. She sent me a link to a commercial that her son made for her. I thought it was cute so I thought I would share.

If you like homemade cookies and don’t want to cook, order some cookies from Gail! She has quite the variety too. I recommend the Kitchen Sink cookies as those are my favorite!
