1 to 1 1/2poundsof beef sirloin steakthinly sliced
1 1/2cupsbeef broth
1garlic clove
1/4cupbutter
1/2tspsalt
1 1/2cupsour cream
1/4cupflour
1tspWorcestershire sauce
hot cooked egg noodles
Instructions
In a skillet add garlic and butter over medium heat for about 1 minute until butter is melted.
Add beef to skillet and cool on medium high heat until meat is browned. Stir in 1 cup of the beef broth, salt and Worcestershire sauce. Heat until boiling, cover and lower the temperature to simmer and cook for 15 minutes, stirring often.
In a bowl, add remaining broth and flour and mix. Add to skillet and heat to boiling. Once it has began to boil, stir for about 1 minute and reduce temperature to medium high. Add sour cream to mixture and stir until mixture is hot, but NOT boiling.
