Soft & Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

all-purpose flour

granulated sugar

baking soda

baking powder

packed brown sugar
1/2

butter
softened
1/2
cup
peanut butter
1/4
teaspoon
salt

Instructions
In a large bowl or mixing bowl, add butter and sugars and beat until creamy.
Add peanut butter and egg beat to blend well.
In separate bowl, add the remaining dry ingredients, stir well and add to other butter/sugar mixture.
Place dough mixture covered in refrigerate for at least 3 hours to allow dough to become more firm.
Shape dough into 1" inch balls and place on cookie sheet. Use a fork to create a crisscross pattern on dough.
Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool on baking sheet 1 minute and move to wire racks to finish cooling.
