In a large bowl add flour, sugar, baking powder and salt and mix until blended.

Next add egg, butter, sour cream, apple butter and milk and mix/knead until mixture turns into dough form that does not stick to your hands. You can also use a stand mixer using the dough hook which is easier.

On a floured surface, use a rolling pin, flatten dough to about 1/2 inch thick. Cut into triangle/wedge shapes and place on cookie sheet.

Bake at 400 degrees for 13 to 15 minutes or until golden grown.

Remove from oven and serve!
