Pillsbury Strawberry Chocolate Chip Biscuits Recipe

This weekend I thought I would get creative with my can of Pillsbury biscuits that I had waiting to be used in the fridge.

I made some biscuits that included not only strawberries, but some chocolate chips too! This isn’t much for a recipe, but I will share with you what I made in the picture above.

Ingredients
  • 1 can Pillsbury biscuits
  • 2-3 large strawberries
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tbs granulated sugar

Instructions
  1. Cut strawberries in small pieces and place in bowl. Add sugar to coat.
  2. Take biscuit and split in half. Add small amount of strawberries and chocolate chips to create a filling inside of the biscuit. Pinch around seems to close.
  3. Repeat above steps until biscuits are filled.
  4. Bake according to directions on package.
  5. Enjoy!
