This is NOT my recipe, but one I plan on making very SOON. One of my favorite food blogs posted a recipe called Cheesy Chicken Cups that I have to share. Lori uses chicken and vegetables in her cups, but I am sure many of you can come up with lots of other filler ideas if you don’t like chicken.
